Other Ways to Support Esperanza Unida

Technical Assistance: If you and/or individuals from your business or corporation can offer specialized skills (marketing,
computer consulting, business development, fund-raising, etc.), your help would be greatly appreciated.

Cash Gifts: We use these gifts to help us purchase needed equipment and tools, and meet other expenses for our operations.

We Care Program: You can now support Esperanza Unida thru Pick n' Save's We Care Program.  The We Care program raises funds for non-profit organizations by donating back a percentage of proceeds to participating organizations.  Purchases made at any Pick n' Save store will be credited to the customer's designated non-profit organization.

To participate, shoppers simply use an Advantage Plus card when they shop.  Shoppers will first need to complete an Advantage Plus  application form at any Pick n' Save store.  To designate funds to Esperanza Unida, use number 207100.

Capital Gifts: We use these gifts for building improvements and/or expansion of Esperanza Unida's facilities.

Scholarship Programs: We presently have a waiting list of people who would like to enter our programs but cannot because our funding resources are limited. You can donate part or all of the cost of training and job placement. Cost per student ranges from $400 to $2,500, depending on which program the student is enrolled.

Replication Manual: The replication manual explains Esperanza Unida's nationally recognized "Training Business Model."  The training business model works to train students in the context of an actual business. For instance, donated vehicles are repaired by our auto repair students and then sold to the public.  In turn, this revenue helps support the entire agency.
