Esperanza Unida Replication Manual
This manual was created by Emily Durway and Jennifer Gast who dedicated a year to Esperanza Unida as Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) through sponsorship with World Hunger Year.
The replication manual explains Esperanza Unida's nationally recognized "Training Business Model." The training business model works to train students in the context of an actual business. For instance, donated vehicles are repaired by our auto repair students and then sold to the public. In turn, this revenue helps support the entire agency.
